Bids are due for the facility located at 2076 Starlanding Road, Southaven, MS 38672 before 2:00 pm local standard time on the 26th day of January, 2021.
Scope of Work
Scope of construction work is shown on drawings and specified in other sections. Work includes Civil, Landscape, Structural, Architectural, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and Communications for a new freestanding Fire Station.
Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractors expense, which will be fulfilled by Memphis Reprographics or files may be downloaded for free from our online plan room.
